The second hand equipment may have only been used for a year or so before they decided to auction it off so if you decide to go to a restaurant auction to get the used catering equipment then first of all do some homework and try to find out how long it was open for. Then have a good look at the equipment and look around for signs of wear and tear and rust and also check them out for any missing parts.
